My goal before starting the challenge was to curve my enormous sweet tooth, I got amazing results I kicked my sugar cravings within the first week which was crazy! In the beginning my goal was to preferably loose 20lbs. But I lost a tad bit less than that which was 18lbs. That could have been from not walking as much! Overall I really enjoyed the challenge it definitely taught me something about obedience as well as the foods we put in our body. I now can eat and order vegan without crying later lol. I really like how Keba cut us a break with grocery list and meals it's not just about boring salads. Instead she really makes the meals very fun! My daughter would love to help ou but I was baffled when my husband actually would help. The challenge definetely doesn't have to be just for you but your family as well! The challenge also helped me with my acid reflux I haven't taken any stomach medication nor had any reflux or heart burn. Yes I would definitely do it again.

I will say when I first started the vegan challenge it was mainly to lose weight. I needed a drastic change in my eating habits, they were horrible. After the first week that changed, I began to take pride in the food that I was eating. I was even preparing the meals myself. I must say that the food was delicious, I think that's what won me over. I did not miss eating meat at all. Another thing is that all the meals were simple and easy to prepare, if you followed the directions. Everyone who really knows me know that my husband is the chef in our kitchen. The vegan challenge made me want to cook, which is highly unusual. I feel healthier than I ever have before. I've gained an understanding of the vegan lifestyle. I lost about 8lbs during the vegan challenge and I'm super excited about the next challenge. I am strongly considering choosing the vegan lifestyle.
